Marketing 101

Marketing basics: create information, target receivers, ask permission to send information ( via any medium) repeat, repeat, repeat. Never forget who you work for: the client (customer, prospect, audience, etc.) . Never forget that it is always about one client at a time. There is no 'you' agenda. It is all about them.

Now if you are selling something: get it out there! Beat the streets, & your drum, and tell everyone that would be interested. You do this through social networks, through email, and environmentally speaking any virtual media is best for reducing GHG and your pocketbook! Listen carefully to your own message: is it all about you, or them?

Adjustments needed:

Good Monday morning. I'm looking to get some of these technicalities straighted out. It's helping to have several sets of others eyes.

Wish list:
My blog on blog series would automatically update to my BUSINESS Facebook and create a LINK in my poersonal FB.
Comments would post as blogs instead of under comments.
I could get more followers.

Peace out, D

Something new.

Time to take off the amateur gloves. I'm a media and marketing pro. What would you like to know? I'll open this up to questions.

Virtual worlds colliding

I'm learning mostly by myself as to how these new Brave Worlds of Social Networking will justify the means. Just how do I find interest from others? Am I interesting? Do I want just anyone following me? Content is the new media & message and the message should be worthwhile and useful.

Blog on blog

Contemplating the blog process very interesting, and I'm just in by my toes. Interesting to see how this adds to by business connections and how that perception can lead to success. Blog on blog.
